Care & Aging

Bronze is a living material.

Over time, it responds to touch, air, and wear — developing a natural patina that reflects how it is worn and lived with.

You may notice subtle changes in tone, a deepening of color, or gentle marks that appear through everyday use. These are not flaws, but part of the material’s character. Like memory, they accumulate slowly, making each piece more personal with time.

If you wish to restore brightness, the simplest and fastest way is to place the jewelry in hot water with a small pinch of citric acid. Any oxidation will disappear within seconds. Rinse with clean water and dry gently with a soft cloth.

When worn regularly — especially rings — the surface naturally cleans itself through contact with the skin. Daily wear helps maintain the shine and keeps oxidation from settling, allowing the piece to stay bright through use rather than care.

To care for your jewelry:

Store it in a dry place when not worn

Polish it with jewelry cloth

Some choose to keep the natural patina; others return to a brighter surface from time to time. There is no right way — only what feels aligned with you. These pieces are meant to be worn, not preserved untouched. They are created to age alongside you, carrying traces of life, movement, and memory.
